Devices submitted for diagnosis or recovery may undergo non-invasive testing to determine feasibility.

5. Client Responsibilities

By submitting a device or request, the client confirms that:

They are the lawful owner or have legal authority over the device and data.
They will not submit devices containing illegal content or materials prohibited by law.
They understand that device components may fail during recovery if already in a degraded state.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Techie Hybrid maintains strict confidentiality of all data, devices, and information received.

No recovered data is shared, copied, or disclosed to third parties unless:

Explicitly authorised by the client

7. Payments & Fees

Diagnostic charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.

Techie Hybrid provides services on a best-effort basis.

We do not provide warranties on:
